Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 2025
1. Who we are
Be AI Irreplaceable Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Be AI Irreplaceable platform (the “Platform”). We are registered in England and Wales. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hello@beaiirreplaceable.co.uk.
2. What data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account data: name, email address, and password (managed by Clerk).
- Business context: information you provide about your business, including company name, industry, strategic priorities, and related context.
- Session content: messages you send and outputs generated during Platform sessions, stored to enable cross-session continuity.
- Usage data: log data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps — collected automatically when you use the Platform.
- Payment data: billing information processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Provide and improve the Platform, including personalising AI outputs using your business context.
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Send service-related communications (account confirmations, billing receipts, product updates).
- Monitor for abuse and ensure platform security.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Our legal basis for processing is (a) performance of a contract when providing the Platform, (b) legitimate interests for security and product improvement, and (c) consent where required.
4. AI processing and third-party providers
The Platform uses Anthropic’s Claude API to generate AI responses. Your messages and business context are sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic’s API usage policies prohibit training on API inputs by default. Please review Anthropic’s privacy policy for full details.
We also use Supabase (database), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Each provider is bound by their own privacy and data processing terms.
5. Data retention
We retain your account and session data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances.
- Data portability where processing is based on consent or contract.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@beaiirreplaceable.co.uk.
7. Cookies
The Platform uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
